THE CHALLENGE
Most corporate wellness initiatives function as passive bolt-ons, offering supplementary rewards to individuals who already lead active lifestyles. Oman Insurance needed to break this mould for their exclusive member base. The challenge was to launch a program that didn’t just reward the already-fit, but actively communicated a holistic, accessible approach to health, differentiating LivFit from a sea of generic, transactional competitors.
Market Insight
The desire for health is universal, yet the practice is heavily gatekept by stigma. We identified a saturated market paralyzed by apathy, where people treated fitness exactly like insurance: only addressing it when it became an absolute necessity or a medical mandate. We knew that traditional “shock therapy” marketing would only raise defensive barriers. The breakthrough was recognizing that people ultimately just want to be happy, but they are convinced that a lifestyle change won’t fit into their daily routine. We had to demystify fitness, shifting it from a punishing obligation for “other people” into an achievable, inclusive path to happiness.
THE SOLUTION
We engineered LivFit not just as a program, but as a holistic wellness philosophy. I developed the brand architecture across three distinct pillars: mindFit, bodyFit, and soulFit. This is to prove that true health encompasses our immediate thoughts, our physical state, and our self-definition. Anchored by the central thought, “fitness is the happiness we all share,” we launched the campaign with the provocative tagline: “How do you fit?” To visually manifest this inclusivity, I designed the ‘puzzle piece’ aesthetic. By seamlessly interlocking slices of diverse visuals engaging in different activities into a single, unified subject, the creative communicated that wellness is a shared human experience. It proved that fitness doesn’t discriminate, inviting every member to find exactly where they fit into the bigger picture.
